We embrace challenges, deliver on our promises, and set new benchmarks in the mining industry. ## The Role Reporting to the Group Health & Safety team, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of Ramelius' document control systems while supporting onboarding, compliance and administrative processes across the business. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing document control processes and maintaining SharePoint documentation. - Coordinating onboarding documentation for employees and contractors. - Maintaining compliance records and generating workforce reports. - Supporting safety systems and databases, including INX and SharePoint. - Providing document management support and driving process improvements. ## About You We're looking for someone who brings: - Experience in document control, administration or mobilisation within mining or a similar industry. - Strong knowledge of SharePoint, document management systems and the Microsoft Office Suite. - Experience using INX or similar mobilisation/compliance systems. - Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational skills. - A proactive, collaborative approach and the ability to build effective working relationships. - A current West Australian C Class driver's licence and the ability to obtain a National Police Clearance for site access clearance. ## Next Steps We can't wait to hear from you!
