  • Log, reconcile and monitor incoming share certificates and associated documentation.
  • Process Anti Money Laundering and Legal document returns in accordance with established procedures and controls.
  • Retrieve, collate and prepare documentation required for Pull requests and other client requirements.
  • Print, match and quality-check customer correspondence and supporting documentation prior to release or despatch.
  • Investigate and resolve outstanding work items, escalating issues appropriately where required.
  • Respond to operational queries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Organise and prioritise daily workloads to meet deadlines across multiple processing activities.

Job Description


SS&C is seeking a Document Processing Administrator to join our DMD Output Processing team in Chelmsford. This is a varied and fast-paced operational role supporting a range of financial services administration activities, including cheque processing, pension transfer documentation, correspondence management, AML documentation, share certificate administration and document retrieval activities.

Working within a collaborative and customer-focused environment, you will play a key role in ensuring critical client documentation and financial transactions are processed accurately, securely and within agreed service levels.
