What you'll do
- Supervise team of field installers
- Install doors & hardware using impact & cordless drills, skill saws, grinders, belt sanders, routers, jig saws, but not limited to other power tools
- Supervise approximately 2-6 Installers
- Attends job site weekly meetings as needed
- Supervise installers each day on the job site
- Daily reports on job sites
- Use tools properly to ensure safety and protect quality of doors and hardware
- Analyze drawings, sketches, work orders to complete task at hand
- Prep doors to receive hardware
- Install frames, doors, hardware & accessories per manufacturer requirements
- Operate equipment safely and use safe work habits
- Examine finished product for defects to ensure conformance with quality

We are seeking an experienced Doors & Hardware Foreman to supervise 2-6 field installers, as well as install commercial doors & hardware.
Compensation: $30/h- $35/h depending on experience, plus 10 hours weekly overtime!
Location: Gordonville, PA
Benefits: 120 hours PTO after 30 days, Medical, Dental, Vision insurance, 401K match and more!
Schedule: M-F (6 am to 4:30 pm)
