What you'll do

  • Execute Tangential Flow Filtration (TFF) operations, including system setup, processing, monitoring, and documentation
  • Support downstream processing activities, including Clarification, Nuclease Treatment, Fitler Screening, Sterile Filtration and AEX chromatography (both manual and AKTA-based operations)
  • Perform and support column packing activities
  • Capture, maintain, and document process parameters and analytical data within the project Master Data File
  • Assist with inventory management and the procurement of project supplies to ensure material availability and operational continuity
  • Record and analyze experimental data, verify data integrity and accuracy
  • Report/summarize findings to the project team
  • Write technical documents and main work records in electronic notebooks

Job Description

This role is expected to perform experiments to support downstream process development activities for viral vectors manufacturing. 

  • Execute Tangential Flow Filtration (TFF) operations, including system setup, processing, monitoring, and documentation

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or a related scientific discipline is required with 2+ years of direct Downstream experience, Masters degree with 0-2 years experience

Preferred Experience:
