Position: Online Teacher (Malaysia)

Role Overview

We are looking for dedicated and passionate Online Teachers to teach Pre-Primary, Primary,. Teachers must create a nurturing, engaging, and structured virtual classroom experience. For primary levels, the teacher will act as a Mother Teacher, supporting both academic and emotional development of students.

Fluency in English is mandatory to effectively communicate with students and parents.

Work Details

Mode: Work from Home

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 5 hours per day (Morning Shift – IST timings)

Compensation Structure

Pre-Primary: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000

Timing: 6:30 AM – 10:30 AM IST

Primary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000

Timing: 6:30 AM – 10:30 AM IST

Key Responsibilities

Teach core subjects (English, Math, Science, and other relevant subjects)

Deliver interactive, engaging, and well-planned online lessons

Act as a Mother Teacher for primary grades

Maintain student discipline, motivation, and engagement in virtual classrooms

Provide regular academic feedback to parents and academic coordinators

Attend online meetings, training programs, and staff briefings

Support students’ academic and emotional well-being

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 2 years of online teaching experience (mandatory)

Experience teaching relevant grade levels

Fluent in English (clear communication, neutral accent preferred)

Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle multiple subjects (for primary grades)

Immediate joiners preferred
