ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a Driver to oversee delivery and material transport operations supporting data center construction and operations in Memphis, TN. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe, timely, and damage-free movement of high-value materials and equipment (including servers, networking gear, power systems, cooling infrastructure, and other critical components) between warehouses, vendor sites, and data center locations. You will combine hands-on driving and loading duties with route coordination and compliance oversight in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalency certificate

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be willing to work long hours, evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed to support project timelines
  • Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs. unassisted
  • Ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, stoop, kneel, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
  • Willingness to work in warehouse and outdoor environments that may include varying temperatures, noise, and dust
  • Must maintain a clean driving record and comply with all DOT and company safety policies
