Key job responsibilities
Amazon is seeking a motivated candidate to develop innovative solutions and manage our transportation network regarding Drop-off stores for sellers and customers. As a Drop-off Specialist, you will have to:

• Manage PUDOs network insisting on the highest standards of operational quality and efficiency;
• Work with large volumes and big data, in a highly complex business;
• Contribute on new initiatives to allow business to scale while reducing costs;
• Create and align mechanisms with multiple stakeholders to build the best network for sellers and customers

• Dive Deep on performance metrics, creating action plans to improve quality;
• Extract and analyze data to identify experience opportunities;
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Operations, Transportation, Business teams) for input gathering
• Communicate with external partners (sellers, customers) regarding network changes
• Present data-driven insights on business impacts
• Monitor operational excellence metrics
• Maintain stakeholder relationships and ensure clear communication channels
• Drive decision-making through data analysis and business intelligence
• Handle impact assessment and risk mitigation for network changes
