We are currently looking for a highly motivated Student (M/F/D) to join our Dual Course of Studies - Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering - Technical Sales or Digital Industry.

Course and contents of the study program

• Apprenticeship contract with Adtran

• Appropriate apprenticeship remuneration

• Start of studies on October 1st 2025

• Total duration of studies 3 years; 50% of each semester is spent working in the company

• Main subjects of studies involve: Electrical engineering, product development, quality and project management, business administration

• Graduation with bachelor's thesis

Knowledge, skills and experience required

• A level or similar

• Interest in entrepreneurial and macroeconomic issues

• Mathematical and analytical thinking skills

• Solution-oriented and independent working style

• Good communication and presentation skills

• Commitment and ability to work under pressure

• Ability to work in a team

• Good English skills

Wir suchen zurzeit einen hoch motivierten Studenten (M/W/D) für das Duale Studium – Bachelor of Science, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen Technischer Vertrieb oder Digitale Industrie.

Durch das Zusammenwirken von theoretischer ingenieurwissenschaftlicher Ausbildung an der Dualen Hochschule Gera-Eisenach (Campus Eisenach) und praktischer ingenieurtechnischer Ausbildung in unserem Unternehmen werden umfangreiche Qualifikationen vermittelt, die vielfältige berufliche Perspektiven eröffnen.

Aufbau und Inhalte des Studiums

• Ausbildungsvertrag mit Adtran, einem anerkannten Praxispartner der Dualen Hochschule Gera-Eisenach

• Angemessene Ausbildungsvergütung

• Beginn des Studiums am 1. Oktober 2025

• Studiendauer 3 Jahre; davon pro Semester 50% Praxisanteil im Unternehmen

• Studienschwerpunkte: Elektrotechnik, Produktentwicklung, Qualitäts- und Projektmanagement, Betriebswirtschaftslehre

• Studienabschluss bildet eine Bachelorarbeit
