Dublin Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer

YOUR ROLE

As a Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing customer engagement solutions across Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot), Salesforce Personalisation, and the wider MarTech ecosystem. Working closely with business stakeholders, architects, data teams, and product owners, you will deliver scalable marketing automation, customer journey orchestration, audience activation, and personalised digital experiences that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will play a key role in integrating marketing technologies with Salesforce Data Cloud, CRM, analytics, and enterprise data platforms, ensuring customer interactions are data-driven, measurable, and aligned with business objectives. This role offers the opportunity to work with advanced personalisation, AI-enabled marketing capabilities, customer data platforms, and enterprise-scale digital transformation programmes.

Key Responsibilities of the Role

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement solutions including lead management, nurturing programmes, campaign automation, scoring models, forms, landing pages, and engagement journeys.
• Develop and optimise Salesforce Personalisation experiences across web, email, and digital channels using behavioural, transactional, and customer profile data.
• Implement and support integrations between Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Data Cloud, Salesforce CRM, SAP platforms, analytics solutions, and external marketing technologies.
• Configure audience segmentation, customer journeys, triggers, decisioning rules, and real-time personalisation use cases to support business and marketing objectives.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions and platform enhancements.
• Support platform governance, release management, testing, performance optimisation, and the adoption of development best practices across marketing technology platforms.

YOUR PROFILE

• Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot), including automation rules, engagement programs, lead scoring, grading, forms, landing pages, reporting, and campaign management.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Personalisation (Interaction Studio), customer journey orchestration, audience segmentation, decisioning, A/B testing, and real-time customer engagement solutions.
• Experience integrating Salesforce platforms with Salesforce Data Cloud, CRM, APIs, Azure-based services, enterprise data platforms, and third-party marketing technologies.
• Strong development and technical skills including JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL, API integrations, data modelling, solution design, and troubleshooting within enterprise environments.
• Proven ability to work within Agile delivery teams, collaborating effectively with business stakeholders, architects, analysts, data engineers, and cross-functional technology teams to deliver customer-focused digital experiences.
