We are looking for a Dutch-Bilingual speaking Reactivation Sales Agent to join our Sales Team in Gzira, Malta.
What you’ll be doing:
Making outbound calls to engage with players from various sportsbook and casino brands.
Reactivating inactive players and providing personalized recommendations that increase their engagement and retention.
Promoting bonus campaigns and introducing new games, features, and payment methods that enhance the sports betting/gambling experience.
Guiding players through the website to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience.
