Dutch Speaking - Content Moderation in Malta

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, assess, and moderate user-generated content to ensure adherence to guidelines.
• Identify and escalate inappropriate content or violations of community policies.
• Maintain detailed reports on moderation actions taken.
• Collaborate with team members to improve moderation processes.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and policies regarding content moderation.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and strong proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Prior experience in content moderation or a similar role is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing guidelines.
• Availability to relocate to Malta and contribute positively to the team.
