📦 About the Role

As a Dutch-speaking Delivery Advisor, you'll help customers keep track of their orders and solve delivery issues quickly and professionally.

Your responsibilities include:

• Supporting customers via phone, email and chat
• Tracking packages and resolving delivery issues
• Coordinating with customers, vendors and logistics partners
• Making sure every interaction is smooth, helpful and professional
• Staying up to date with company policies, products and services

Requirements

🔎 What We're Looking For

• Fluent Dutch
• B2+ English
• Good computer skills, including MS Office and Google Suite
• Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
• Previous customer support experience is a plus
• Logistics or delivery experience is an advantage
• High school diploma or equivalent
