 The successful candidate must be a strong leader with good communication skills who is comfortable leading and inspiring the team.

Essential requirements:

• 2+ years in an Duty Manager/supervisor role in pubs

• Strong experience working in a gaming venue 

• Train, performance manage, and motivate staff

• Proven experience in cash handling/banking

• Proven experience in end of night proceedures

• Enjoy live entertainment venues

• Ability to work weekends & nights are a must

• Enjoy working in a team environment

• Work with and communicate effectively with all departments within the Head Office team

• RLMV & Approved Managers License
