What you'll do

Carlton Bar & Steakhouse is looking for experienced Duty Managers to join the team.
We’re strengthening our Duty Manager pipeline ahead of upcoming team movements, as well as preparing for six months of maternity leave cover from September.
If you’re an experienced hospitality supervisor or Duty Manager who enjoys leading from the floor, delivering great service and being part of a busy, hands-on team, we’d love to hear from you.
About the Role
As a Duty Manager, you’ll take the lead during your rostered shifts and help keep the venue running smoothly. You’ll work closely with the wider management team while supporting and developing our front-of-house team.
You’ll be responsible for:
