Looking for something different from a standard delivery driving job?

Join Spotted Bee’s Edinburgh city rider team, delivering parcels across the city by electric cargo bike.

You’ll start and finish from our Haymarket base, with planned delivery routes across Edinburgh City Centre.

We provide your electric cargo bike, PPE and full paid training — you just need to be confident riding a bike and ready to get out on the road.

What You Can Earn

Our routes are organised into 3-hour blocks, giving you the flexibility to complete 2 or 3 blocks in a day.

• 1 block – £42.90
• 2 blocks – £85.80 per day
• 3 blocks – £128.70 per day
• £154.44 including VAT where applicable for 3 blocks
• Performance bonuses of up to £120 per week
• Weekly pay

Work is available 3–6 days per week, with some weekend availability required.

Typical route blocks start around:

10am | 1pm | 4pm

The Role

You’ll deliver parcels and smaller items across Edinburgh City Centre by electric cargo bike.

Starting from our Haymarket base, you’ll collect your bike, complete your checks and head out on your planned route.

You’ll:

• Deliver parcels safely and efficiently
• Ride responsibly and follow the rules of the road
• Provide a friendly and professional service to customers
• Carry out simple checks on your bike
• Return to the Haymarket base at the end of your route
• Work as part of the wider Spotted Bee Edinburgh delivery team

Qualifications

What You’ll Need

• Be 18 or over due to age-restricted deliveries
• Right to work in the UK
• Minimum of a provisional driving licence
• Be confident riding a bike and navigating city roads
• Be willing to complete the required background checks
• Some weekend availability
• Be reliable, friendly and comfortable working outdoors
