  • Collaborate with manufacturing and production teams to ensure just-in-time material availability
  • Work with external logistics providers and freight partners to optimize cost, speed, and reliability
  • Troubleshoot logistics disruptions and inventory discrepancies, ensuring minimal operational impact
  • Drive continuous improvement in logistics processes, inventory accuracy, and throughput
  • Leverage knowledge of the Munich logistics network to optimize local operations and partnerships

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain coordination
  • Hands-on experience with inventory management and stock control in production environments
  • Degree or equivalent experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field
  • Certified in IATA/ADR Dangerous Goods handling

  • Experience with ERP/WMS systems, inventory tracking tools, and logistics platforms
  • Familiarity with ESD-safe handling standards and compliance systems
  • Strong organizational skills in stock management, logistics coordination, and process execution
  • Ability to operate with high accuracy and attention to detail in fast-moving environments
  • Strong understanding of the Munich logistics network
