As a key educational team member, the successful candidate will play an integral role in providing high-quality care and educational experiences for children in a nurturing, stimulating, and inclusive environment. - Develop and implement developmentally appropriate, play-based learning experiences that support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth. - Regularly observe and document children’s progress and milestones through digital observations, learning stories, and portfolios - Participate in team meetings, planning sessions, and professional development opportunities, contributing to a culture of excellence across the service - Build strong, respectful relationships with families, ensuring open communication about their child’s progress, achievements, and challenges - Adhere to child protection policies and procedures, ensuring the wellbeing and safety of all children in your care, and consistently meeting the highest standards of practice - Assist with developing and implementing the curriculum that aligns with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF). **Your Experience and Skills:** - Minimum Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care - Proven 3 years experience in an early childhood education setting, demonstrating a strong understanding of early childhood development, teaching practices, and applying the EYLF/NQF. - Current Working with Children Check (WWCC) - Knowledge of child protection policies and creating a safe, supportive learning environment. - Passionate and compassionate with a genuine desire to support children’s learning and development **About MinRes** Mineral Resources Ltd (ASX: MIN) is a leading diversified resources company with extensive operations in lithium, iron ore, energy and mining services across Western Australia.
