What you'll do
- Lead engaging, developmentally appropriate curriculum that fosters curiosity, social skills, and growth.
- Establish a joyful, structured classroom environment.
- Mentor Assistant Teachers and maintain strong, communicative partnerships with parents.

- Develop Professionally: Engage in ongoing workshops, staff development days, and career pathing.

- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check (GaPDS / DECAL clearance).
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and actively engage with young children throughout the day.

- Prior experience in a licensed childcare or preschool setting.
- Current First Aid / CPR Certification.
