Young Academics Early Learning Centre is a leading and reputable provider with more than 50 centres across New South Wales. We are currently seeking a passionate Trainee to join our vibrant Woodcroft Cobblestone Service.
About the Role
As a Trainee Educator at Young Academics, you will begin your career in early childhood education while working alongside experienced educators & teachers. With your genuine passion for working with children, you will develop the skills to create meaningful learning experiences and environments that reflect best practice and align with our service philosophy.
As a service, compliance and child safety remain our highest priority, and you will be expected to uphold our child-safe practices in all aspects of your role. You will collaborate with fellow educators to build strong, respectful partnerships with children, families and the wider community, fostering a supportive environment that enhances children’s wellbeing, confidence, and lifelong love of learning.
This position is a full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract with off-the-floor time to complete your studies.
