Early Talent Cloud Sales Representative - UAE nationals, EMEA CSC

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is rapidly expanding our sales function to drive growth across a set of AWS’ customers, as well as the highest priority acquisition targets in MENA. As an Early Career Talent (ECT) Cloud Sales Representative at AWS, you will further develop, and be responsible for, customer acquisition, growth, and support and contribute to the strategic priorities for the region. The Cloud Sales Representative role is part of a dedicated program that accommodates for an accelerated development path into AWS, Cloud Technology and Sales. You will be part of an EMEA-wide Early Talent community, collaborating with a wide-range of both internal and external stakeholders. Through our learning and enablement framework, you will build a robust technical and commercial foundation to support growing AWS’ footprint and cloud adoption at scale. In this role, you will use your sales and technical experience to work proactively with existing and prospective customers to accelerate their journey to the cloud. In order to harness the innovation and scale of services AWS offers, you will leverage internal resources to engage with our customers to execute their strategic objectives in order to adapt to changing market trends. Key job responsibilities
• Ownership in driving AWS growth in a defined territory/segment of customers
• Build and leverage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to further the adoption of AWS services in the market
• Accelerate customer adoption through well-developed sales strategies and successful GTM engagements to achieve customer outcomes
• Lead a Customer Obsessed business that delights our customers, enables innovation, underpins transformation and delivers outstanding outcomes
• Deliver against a combination of quantitative and qualitative sales KPIs
• Develop and work with partners to extend the reach and drive AWS cloud adoption
• Leverage and build AI and automation solutions

Basic Qualifications

- UAE National with family book
- Arabic and English language proficiency
- Completed BA / BS degree
- 1-2 Experience in Technology-related sales
- A passion for winning new business and driving innovation in the region

Preferred Qualifications

- Knowledge and understanding of existing cloud technologies
- AWS Certification (or equivalent)
