What You Will Do

Reporting directly to the EMEA Talent Acquisition Manager and collaborating closely with the EMEA HR Program Manager, you will play a central role in identifying, engaging, and hiring the next generation of Fortinet talent. This is a highly diverse role, giving you exposure to a wide range of activities, countries, and stakeholders across the EMEA region.

You will work in a truly international environment, partnering with hiring managers, university relations teams, and HR colleagues across multiple countries, while bringing a strong passion for communication and marketing to how Fortinet's employer brand shows up to candidates. You will also be expected to leverage AI-powered recruiting tools, from AI-assisted sourcing and candidate matching to data-driven analytics, to identify high-potential profiles faster.
