Ecommerce Assistant

Established in 2013 and based in Sydney, Australia, White Fox has quickly become the go-to online fashion destination and is continuing to take over wardrobes everywhere.

Due to rapid growth and expansion we have an exciting opportunity for an Ecommerce Assistant to join the White Fox family based at our stunning office in Rosebery.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the creation and management of product listings, including descriptions, tagging, content, and e-commerce images.
• Maintain and merchandise products across multiple storefronts (AU, US, UK).
• Manage on-site search functionality to ensure products are easily discoverable and optimise search performance.
• Work closely with the creative and graphics teams to brief, update, and maintain site and app content across all regions.
• Maintain all product imagery and videos, ensuring they are on-brand and highlight the products perfectly.
• Collaborate with buyers to manage the workflow from stock arrivals to online publication and merchandising.
• Work with the wider e-commerce team on collection launches, making sure banners, products, and all site updates go live smoothly.
• Coordinate with buyers and the design team to organise samples efficiently.
• Assist in creating new website categories and update existing collections with new styles.
• Work closely with the e-commerce team and web developers to maintain and enhance AU, UK, and US websites.
• Help identify and resolve friction points in the customer journey to improve UX.
• Assist in troubleshooting site issues, test new features, and ensure smooth site operation.

Requirements

• Any eCommerce platform experience is desirable but not essential
• Tertiary qualification in Marketing,
• Communications, PR, Digital Marketing (or similar) is desirable but not essential
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A willingness and ability to learn fast and a commitment to continuous learning and
• professional development
• High attention to detail
• Ability to prioritise workloads to meet deadlines
• Ability to work well both within a team and autonomously
