What you'll do
- Track, compile, and analyze daily/weekly/monthly secondary sales across e-commerce platforms.
- Maintain central sales dashboards to enable data-driven decision-making.
- Monitor stock levels across various fulfillment centers and platform warehouses to ensure optimal product availability.
- Maintain accurate master data files for SKUs, listings, and pricing across platforms.
- Maintain and execute the monthly e-commerce marketing calendar and creative trackers.
- Coordinate with creative and platform teams to collect and organize Proofs of Execution (POEs) for marketing campaigns.
- Upload, set up, and release promotional offers on platforms, ensuring 100% accuracy in offer configuration and discount mapping.
- Track post-campaign performance to measure promotional effectiveness.
- Log and track invoices, debit notes, monthly marketing Credit Notes (CNs), and Release Orders (ROs).
- Reconcile monthly promotional discounts and claims with platform partners.
- Coordinate with internal finance teams and external platform reps to resolve billing and settlement discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular Product Detail Page (PDP) hygiene audits across portals to ensure accurate content, high-resolution imagery, correct pricing, and active listings.

Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Executive - E-Commerce Operations to manage end-to-end multi-platform online marketplace operations. You will be responsible for daily sales tracking, inventory coordination, catalog hygiene, promotional execution, and financial reporting across key beauty and lifestyle e-commerce accounts.
Key Responsibilities
1. Reporting & Sales Data Management
Track, compile, and analyze daily/weekly/monthly secondary sales across e-commerce platforms.
Maintain central sales dashboards to enable data-driven decision-making.
2. Inventory & SKU Management
Monitor stock levels across various fulfillment centers and platform warehouses to ensure optimal product availability.
Maintain accurate master data files for SKUs, listings, and pricing across platforms.
3. Marketing & Promotional Execution
Maintain and execute the monthly e-commerce marketing calendar and creative trackers.
Coordinate with creative and platform teams to collect and organize Proofs of Execution (POEs) for marketing campaigns.

Monitor ratings and customer reviews across platforms to ensure brand presentation standards are maintained.
Manage and update Brand Stores/Brand Pages across e-commerce portals.
Key Qualifications & Requirements
