  • Maintain proficiency in accreditation, board, and institutional requirements. Coordinate and monitor activities related to these requirements to ensure full compliance.

  • Provide information, support, and problem solving on a wide range of issues for leaders, faculty, staff, and learners.
  • Coordinate recruitment of preceptors, instructors, and speakers.
  • Create brochures, flyers, communications, handbooks, and other educational materials.
  • Coordinate assessment and evaluation activities.
  • May monitor program budgets and lead or oversee the work of support staff.
  • Manage third-year medical student clerkship rotations within three blocks throughout academic year – schedules, mentor pairing, communications.
  • Organizes, coordinates, and maintains completion of VSLO. Supports residency program director in completion of their VSLO requirements.

Physical Requirements 

Work requires occasionally lifting moderate weight materials, standing, or walking continuously. 

 

Work Environment 

Occasional exposure to dust, noise, temperature changes, or contact with water or other liquids. Work is performed in an environmentally controlled environment. 

 

Sensory Acuity 

Ability to detect and translate speech or other communication required. May occasionally require the ability to distinguish colors and perceive relative distances between objects.
