What you'll do
- Performs Electroencephalograms (EEGs), ambulatory EEGs and, as authorized, Nerve Conduction Velocity testing.
- Records electrical activity of the patient's brain to study epilepsy, convulsive disorders and localizing lesions in the cerebrum.
- Assists Neurologist in maintaining Neurodiagnostic Laboratory and identifying abnormal neurological disorders.
- Interacts professionally and respectfully with patients and/or families.

- High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE) or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required
- 6 months of relevant experience required
- BLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required

- Engaged in self-study program for at least one type of registration or certification preferred
- 1 year of EEG Tech experience preferred
