This role is responsible for leading all Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) activities at the Huntingdon Valley manufacturing site. The EHS Leader will own safety and environmental programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive a strong safety culture across the plant. This is a highly visible, hands-on role that works closely with operations and site leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the site lead for all EHS programs, policies, and compliance activities
Ensure compliance with OSHA and environmental regulations (waste, hazardous materials, air/water permits)
Conduct safety audits, inspections, and job safety analyses; drive corrective actions
Investigate incidents and near misses; lead root cause analysis and follow-up actions
Develop and deliver safety training, including new hire onboarding; maintain training records
Track safety metrics and provide updates to site leadership
Lead emergency preparedness efforts, including response plans and drills
Act as the primary contact for EHS-related audits and regulatory interactions
Partner with operations to improve safety performance and ensure safe work practices
Promote employee engagement and accountability in safety programs
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, or related field

The expected compensation range for this position is between $70,250.00 and $103,026.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.Company
