MOOG MRO Services is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented EHS & Compliance Coordinator to support the Safety, Quality and Compliance function within our aviation maintenance organisation.

This role will be responsible for coordinating Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) activities, supporting regulatory compliance requirements, administering the internal audit programme, and providing general administrative support across the Safety, Quality and Compliance department.

The successful candidate will work closely with operational teams to promote a strong safety culture, maintain compliance with EASA Part 145 requirements, and support continuous improvement initiatives throughout the business.

Key Responsibilities

Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS)

  • Support the implementation and maintenance of the company's EHS Management System.
  • Coordinate workplace inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits.
  • Monitor and track corrective and preventive actions arising from EHS activities.
  • Assist with investigations.
  • Maintain EHS records, reports, and documentation.
