Motorola Solutions, Inc.

Job Description

• Research, design, and develop system level mixed mode models for functional subsystems within custom ASICS (application specific integrated circuits).
• Run simulations using the models and interpreting the results to identify flaws or errors in the system implementation and identify corrective actions.
• Manage the full circuit design tape-out and fabrication cycle, followed by comprehensive post-silicon validation and characterization utilizing advanced RF test and measurement equipment (e.g., signal analyzers, network analyzers, and oscilloscopes).
• Up to 10% domestic and international travel.

Basic Requirements

• Masters degree + 3 years experience or
• Bachelors degree with + 5 years experience.
