£38,000 - £40,000 + Mon-Fri (8:30-16:30) + Premium New Training Centre + CPD Investment + Pension + generous holidays
Are you an experienced electrician looking to step off the tools into training?
Do you want a stable, weekday role in a premium, modern training environment where quality actually matters?
This is a permanent opportunity with a fast-growing, privately-owned electrical training provider that's expanding into a brand-new Birmingham city-centre site. You'll be joining a business that's "bursting at the seams" due to demand, with a clear plan to scale nationally.
They've built their reputation by doing things properly supporting learners through the full route (including paid work placements so learners can achieve their NVQ3, not just the technical certificates). It's a quality-led environment with genuine investment in staff development (CPD) and a strong wellbeing focus.
You'll deliver City & Guilds 2365 Level 2 and Level ) plus 18th Edition to predominantly adult learners.

The Role:
Deliver City & Guilds 2365 Level 2 / Level ) and 18th Edition to adult learners
Birmingham city-centre site in a premium multi-floor training environment
Monday to Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm
The Person:
Its is essential that candidates holds the NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation and 18th Edition.
AM2 and JIB gold card would be an advantage
Proven electrical installation experience
Be an experienced electrician looking to come off the tools
