Maintenance Technician (Electrical Focus)

Concord, Ontario Full-Time | Monday–Friday (8AM–5PM) | Occasional weekends/on-call

Position Overview

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Technician (Electrical) plays a critical role in maintaining and improving plant reliability. This position focuses heavily on electrical troubleshooting, working with motors, drives, schematics, and 575V circuits. The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on electrical experience, the ability to diagnose complex issues, and confidence working independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

While electrical expertise is the priority, the role also includes mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and general facility maintenance tasks. You will support both mid-day and afternoon operations, ensuring equipment uptime and safe performance across the plant.

What You’ll Do
