The Opportunity

Designer Group is seeking an experienced Electrical Quality Manager to lead electrical quality performance across our Data Centre Business Unit.

This is a senior Business Unit role supporting multiple major data centre projects, with responsibility for driving consistent quality standards, reducing defects and rework, and ensuring electrical installations are delivered in line with client, technical and Designer Group requirements.

You will work closely with Business Unit leadership, Project Managers, Construction, Engineering, Commissioning and project-based QA/QC teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Data Centre Business Unit electrical quality strategy.
  • Provide direction and support to project-based Electrical QA/QC teams.
  • Ensure consistent electrical quality standards across all projects.
  • Monitor performance through audits, inspections, KPIs and project reviews.
  • Support project teams through construction planning, installation, testing, commissioning and handover.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong experience in Electrical QA/QC, Quality Management or Electrical Construction.
