Job Description

• Responsible for delivering technical training to Client team & Channel partnersteams/, 
ensuring thorough understanding and mastery of product knowledge.
• Accountable for conducting engaging and informative practical sessions for candidates, 
fostering hands-on learning experiences.
• Own the implementation of the ADDIE process of training, from analysis to evaluation, to
ensure effective learning outcomes.
• Drive the maintenance of comprehensive training records, tracking progress and evaluating 
the effectiveness of training initiatives to continuously improve learning outcomes

Qualifications

Bachelor's in engineering (Electronics/ Electrical/Automobile/Mechanical)

Skills:

• Diagnostic experience in Automobile workshop
• Hands on for vehicle parts removal & re-fitment
• Training delivery to various profiles
• Training content development
• Hands on MS-office tools
• Laptop handling required for diagnostic
• Strong understanding of automotive systems and technologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in instructional design or training facilitation is a plus.
• EV experience is mandatory 
 

Relevant Experience :
Min. 3 yr experience (Degree) in the Automobile Industry,
Specific service training experience in OEM & or Automobile Service Centre experience as Diagnostic 
Expert
