- Assists in the overall function and support of document imaging services.
- Performs technical analysis, design, support, implementation, and project management for technology-related activities with moderate supervision.
- Provides customer support for technology, leveraging the information systems (IS) platform to track and perform necessary trend analysis of issues.
- Supports applications, network, systems, storage, and escalates issues as needed.
- May inspect and perform quality assurance reviews on documents in work queues.
- Provides guidance to end users on appropriate document types, scanning methods, and equipment maintenance.

Pay Range is $27.56 to $38.58 / hourThe compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled.
