What you'll do

  • Deliver exceptional service to internal and external customers by responding to inquiries via phone and email, while ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and collaborating effectively with business partners
  • Provide Tier I support for setup related inquiries and tasks in collaboration with Treasury system implementations
  • Ensure accurate and productive setup of client product on customer accounts
  • Work closely with internal teams, such as Sales, Operations, and Treasury, to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of cash management processes
  • Proactively notify clients to ensure there are no missed deadlines or customer impact
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to current workflows/processes
  • Validate the accuracy of data for clients to the system of record to ensure all required documentation is collected for account setup
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Compensation Range

Hourly: $23.80 - $31.50 (Amount based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies.)

About This Job

The main purpose of this job is to support Commercial, Small Business and Health Servicing Financing customers in a variety of ways including product setup and maintenance for Commerce Connections, Remote Deposit, Sweep Accounts, and other Single Sign on Customers.

Essential Functions

  • Provide Tier I support for setup related inquiries and tasks in collaboration with Treasury system implementations 

  • Ensure accurate and productive setup of client product on customer accounts

Work Schedule

  • Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

  • 2+ years of customer service experience required

  • 3+ year banking and Treasury industry experience preferred

*Hybrid Schedule: In office 2 days minimum per week (training will require up to 5 days per week in office for up to 8 weeks, depending on progress and business need)

At Commerce, compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each situation. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay is $23.80 to $31.50 per hour.
