Profilbeschreibung – Mechatroniker Instandhaltung (2-Schichtbetrieb)
Mechatroniker mit Schwerpunkt in der Instandhaltung von Laserschneidmaschinen und Sondermaschinen in der Medizintechnik. Routiniert in der Durchführung von Wartungen, elektrischen Reparaturen, sowie der Kalibrierung und messtechnischen Überprüfung komplexer Anlagen. Hohe Präzision und Zuverlässigkeit bei Arbeiten in qualitäts- und sicherheitskritischen Bereichen. Einsatzbereit im 2-Schichtbetrieb mit hoher Flexibilität und Einsatzbereitschaft.
Kernkompetenzen:
- Wartung, Instandhaltung und Störungsbeseitigung an Laserschneid- und Sondermaschinen
- Durchführung von elektrischen Reparaturen und elektrotechnischer Fehlerdiagnose
- Kalibrieren und Messen mechanischer und elektrischer Komponenten
- Arbeiten nach GMP- und Medizintechnik-Standards
- Erfahrung in Automatisierung und SPS-Programmierung
- Dokumentation gemäß Qualitäts- und Auditvorgaben
- Wünachenswert ist Erfahrung im Bereich Automatisierung und SPS
