Position purpose 

Reporting to the Retail/Sales Operations Executive, this role focuses on representing a luxury fragrance brand by delivering exceptional sales performance and customer service, fostering lasting customer relationships and creating a welcoming retail experience.

Requirements

Key responsibilities 

• Attend to customer requests and enquiries on ELLE products.
• Recommend the ideal product to customers according to individual preference through knowledge sharing.
• Maintain good relationship with customers to build customer loyalty.
• Assist in retail operations, e.g. stock take.
• May be required to be involved in new beauty products launches & related events.

Requirements 

• Excellent customer service skills, communication skills and a strong sales mindset.
• Have 1-2 years retail experience
• Able to work in fast environment
• Pleasant disposition and well-groomed appearance.
• Effective communication skills in English
• Willing to commit to retail operational hours and available to work every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
