Procore is seeking a Partner Development Manager to lead the development, and growth of our channel and delivery partner ecosystem across EMEA. In this role, you will translate our global partner strategy into regional execution and collaborate closely with our sales organization to unlock new revenue opportunities.

As the Partner Development Manager for EMEA, you will own the success of our strategic partner portfolio within the region. You will sit within the Partner Strategy & Ops organization reporting into the VP of Channel Partners, working in tandem with Regional Channel Sales, Enablement, Rev Ops, Legal and Marketing to build a scalable engine for partner driven revenue. You will serve as the primary relationship owner for current channel and delivery partners while identifying high-value opportunities to recruit, activate and onboard new partners.

This role can be based in our London or Dublin Office on a hybrid model.

Additional Information

Base Pay Range:

75,200.00 - 103,400.00 GBP Annual

This role may also be eligible for Equity Compensation and/or Bonus Incentive Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
