- Must be flexible and willing to support multiple transportation services within the company, including wheelchair transport and Basic Life Support (BLS) operations.
- Depending on operational needs, responsibilities may include driving wheelchair-accessible vehicles, serving as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) on BLS trips to provide patient care, or driving BLS transport units.

- Utilize a smartphone and company systems for job-related functions
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain vehicle cleanliness and readiness
- Properly secure patients using stretchers, wheelchairs, and other medical transport devices
- Maintain accurate trip logs, reports, and required documentation
- Respond professionally and compassionately during emergency and non-emergency situations
- Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and state regulations
