About the Role

We are seeking an Emerging Real Estate Sales Representative to join our growing team on a permanent full-time basis.
 

This is an entry-level opportunity designed for someone looking to build a long-term career in rural real estate. Through a structured mentoring program, you will work alongside an experienced Senior Agent, gaining practical, hands-on experience across all aspects of listing, marketing, and selling rural and residential properties.

Initially, you will undertake tasks on behalf of your mentor to develop the skills, knowledge, and confidence required to become a successful independent agent. As your experience grows, you will progressively spend more time developing your own client base and real estate business.

With the support of the Elders network, your supervising agent, and branch leadership team, you'll receive valuable exposure to sales, client relationships, marketing, negotiations, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

As an Emerging Real Estate Sales Representative, you will:

• Assist with the listing, marketing, and sale of rural and residential properties
• Prepare sales and marketing documentation
• Communicate with vendors and buyers via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings
• Support property appraisals, market research, and advertising campaigns
• Build strong client relationships and contribute to business development activities
• Gain hands-on experience in sales, negotiations, and client management
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and legislative requirements
• Work collaboratively with the Elders team to deliver outstanding client outcomes

About You

To succeed in this role, you will:

• Have a genuine interest in building a career in real estate
• Hold, or be willing to obtain, a Real Estate registration/licence
• Hold a current driver's licence
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Be organised, proactive, and eager to learn
• Have excellent attention to detail and time-management skills
• Be confident using technology and marketing tools
• Be a team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

Experience in real estate, sales, agriculture, or rural communities is desirable but not essential.
