Location: Cambridge or London, UK - Hybrid (50% working time at the office)

Employment Type: Full time, permanent

The Job

You will shape and deliver high-impact employee communications that help colleagues understand AVEVA’s strategy, priorities and progress. With a strong focus on executive-level communications, you will advise and partner closely with an assigned members of our Executive team from R&D, Portfolio and Strategy, helping them communicate with clarity, credibility, and with the right tone across the right channels.

This role is ideal for a strategic internal communicator who can translate complex or technical topics into simple, engaging narratives that drive understanding, alignment and action.

Key outcomes (what success looks like)

  • Executives are well-prepared and confident delivering strategic messages with consistent narrative, tone and clarity.
  • Employees demonstrate improved understanding of strategic priorities (as evidenced through feedback, Q&A themes, pulse/sentiment inputs and channel metrics).
  • Major moments (e.g., All Hands) are delivered smoothly with strong content quality, message pull-through and measurable engagement.
  • Communications are accessible, inclusive and channel-appropriate across global audiences.

Hybrid working
