Job Description

If you're energized by shaping culture, telling stories that matter, and creating moments that connect employees to where we're going as a company, this is your role. As a Manager, Employee Communications & Experiences, you'll help bring some of ServiceNow's most important experiences, stories, and priorities to life for our global employee community. 

You'll lead experiences and communications strategies that connect our people to our culture and business—from the moments that celebrate who we are to the company milestones shaping where we're headed next. You'll work across teams and geographies, bringing together great storytelling, creative thinking, and thoughtful employee experiences to drive understanding, connection, and action. 

You'll report to the Director, Employee Communications & Experiences. This is a highly collaborative role with plenty of room to learn, grow, experiment, and innovate—and an opportunity to make an impact on how employees experience ServiceNow.

Qualifications

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $126,800 - $221,900, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
