At W Edinburgh, we believe exceptional hospitality starts with our people. As our Employee Dining Chef, you will create fresh, exciting and nourishing food experiences for our talent, delivering a daily dining experience that energies and supports our teams. 

This is more than a traditional staff dining role. You will own the day-to-day operation of Employee Dining, bringing creativity, consistency and personality into every service while maintaining the standards expected within a luxury lifestyle hotel. 

Working Monday to Friday, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to enjoy a more structured schedule while remaining connected to a fast-paced culinary environment. As Employee Dining Chef, key aspects of your role will include (but are not limited to):

W Edinburgh brings bold architecture and a vibrant lifestyle offering to the Scottish capital.

Behind a façade featuring a winding steel ribbon – reflecting the city’s festival spirit – this 12-storey structure is the centrepiece of the St James Quarter, incorporating retail, leisure and entertainment facilities along with residential apartments.
