The ESBP role at Veeva is fiercely customer-centric—our "customers" being the internal managers and teams they lead. • Service Excellence & Trust: Build foundational credibility by delivering frictionless, high-quality support across core ES processes, helping managers drive excellence and create highly productive teams.
• Strategic Catalyst (The GM Mindset): Operate as a "business person who does ES." You will partner with business leaders, and you must think like a business leader yourself. Those who are successful in this role bring a General Manager's mindset to concepts like talent density and business velocity. Because Veeva managers own the employee lifecycle, your role is not to do the work for them, dictate how they manage the teams they lead, or define talent success on their behalf. Instead, you will empower manager independence, guiding them to drive their own solutions through critical thinking and autonomy. This stems from a deep understanding of the business.
