We are looking for a talented Employer Brand Marketing Communications Coordinator to join our team specializing in Communications for our Cummins Inc. facility in Indianapolis, IN.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: 

• Execute marketing initiatives and key rhythm-of-business activities that support team objectives and drive brand visibility. 

• Coordinate marketing communications projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment across stakeholders. 

• Develop, compile, and support social media content creation efforts that effectively communicate key messages. 

• Collaborate across teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns and tactical initiatives. 

• Support the planning and execution of trade shows and virtual events that strengthen customer engagement and brand connections. 

• Ensure marketing materials and activities align with Cummins brand standards and messaging guidelines. 

• Collect, coordinate, and input campaign data to support performance measurement and marketing insights. 

• Apply digital marketing tools, trends, and channel knowledge to optimize campaign effectiveness and enhance audience reach.
