  • Independently manage all phases of employment litigation from inception through resolution
  • Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, legal memoranda, discovery requests and responses, and other litigation-related filings

The San Francisco, CA office of Kaufman Dolowich, a full-service National Law firm with more than 250 attorneys across 16 offices and over 25 practice areas, is actively seeking an attorney to join our growing Labor and Employment practice group.

 

Our Employment Practice Group represents employers in complex and high-profile employment matters across a broad range of industries. The ideal candidate will possess strong litigation, research, writing, and advocacy skills, with experience independently managing sophisticated employment matters through all phases of litigation.

Base Salary Range: $155,000-$215,000

Actual compensation will be determined based on market location, as well as the candidate’s experience, skills, and job-related qualifications. Base salary represents just one component of the comprehensive Total Rewards package offered by Kaufman Dolowich, which also includes a discretionary and billable hours-based bonus program and a robust benefits offering for full-time employees.
