Employment Solicitor

Our client are a rated Legal 500 firm with offices throughout Kent and have built up a strong reputation in a range of sectors with their employment clients.

The team are now looking for an established employment solicitor with a minimum of 7 years pqe who has gained experienced from either a City firm or an established regional firm. You will have experience of both contentious and non-contentious work with a 70/30 split in favour of respondent work. The firms clients span a broad range of sectors to include sport, financial services, retail and SME's.

Experience of tribunal work would be an advantage alongside a portable client list or contacts that you would have built up through your referral networks.

This opportunity will encourage you to grow the employment team and be involved in all areas of business and client development and assist in the development of expanding the team.
