Sacco Mann Recruitment is proud to be working with a well-established and highly regarded regional law firm seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to join their growing team in Enderby.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Employment Lawyer to join a firm known for delivering high-quality, practical advice to both businesses and individuals within a supportive and collaborative environment.
The Role
- Managing a varied caseload of both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters
- Advising employers and employees on a wide range of workplace issues
- Handling Employment Tribunal claims from instruction through to resolution
- Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies, and handbooks
- Advising on disciplinary procedures, grievances, and redundancies
- Negotiating settlement agreements and exit packages
- Providing clear, commercially focused legal advice
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Supporting the continued growth and development of the Employment team
