About the role

As a key member of the employment team, you will handle a broad caseload, providing strategic legal advice and support to clients across various sectors. Enjoy a high level of autonomy while benefiting from the organisation’s ongoing training and professional growth programmes. Support a diverse client base with employment relations, discrimination, redundancy, and contractual issues.

The ideal candidate

Qualified solicitor with proven experience in employment law. Demonstrates a proactive attitude, strong commercial acumen, and excellent communication skills. Comfortable working independently and collaborating within a remote team environment. Enthusiastic about providing exceptional client service and continuous professional development.
