Job Description:

Overview:

We don’t simply hire employees. We invest in them. When you work at Chatham, we empower you — offering professional development opportunities to help you grow in your career, no matter if you've been here for five months or 15 years. Chatham has worked hard to create a distinct work environment that values people, teamwork, integrity, and client service. You will have immediate opportunities to partner with talented subject matter experts, work on complex projects, and contribute to the value Chatham delivers every day.

Summary:

Chatham’s Client Engagement team oversees global strategic relationships with real estate, corporate, private equity, and financial institution clients.  The Client Engagement Operations team empowers Relationship Managers and advisory teams by providing the tools, standardized processes, high-quality data, and operational support needed to strengthen client relationships and drive future business opportunities.

We are seeking an Analyst or Associate to join our Client Engagement Operations team, providing global support to Relationship Managers and advisory teams across our U.S. offices, as well as London, Amsterdam, Singapore, and Melbourne. This position will be based in either our Denver, CO or Kennett Square, PA office.

In this role you will:

  • Sales/Revenue Operations – prepare and deliver reporting and analyses by developing CRM reports, Power BI dashboards, and AI-powered agents that provide actionable insights, improve operational efficiency, and support data-driven decision-making

  • Sales Enablement – support business development efforts by conducting prospect research, preparing conference and meeting materials, executing account-based marketing initiatives, and developing monthly performance and results presentations

  • Lead Routing – manage inbound leads generated through website submissions by reviewing, qualifying, and routing opportunities to the appropriate Relationship Managers to ensure timely follow-up

  • Contracting Lifecycle – prepare and coordinate client proposals, contracts, and non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), ensuring timely execution and adherence to established processes

  • Invoicing – prepare and manage SaaS subscription and service retainer invoices, ensuring timely, accurate billing and coordination with internal stakeholders as needed

  • CRM Functionality – ensure CRM data integrity, support testing and validation of system enhancements and releases, and drive adoption of CRM capabilities to maximize business value and operational efficiency

  • Request for Proposal (RFP) Management – coordinate the completion of responses across Chatham teams to ensure timely, accurate, and consistent submissions

  • Stakeholder Management – serve as a trusted partner to Relationship Managers and advisory teams by managing inbound support requests, delivering training sessions, and driving process enhancements

Your impact:

These initiatives will strengthen the consistency and efficiency of client engagement by standardizing CRM practices, reporting, engagement processes, and presentation materials across the business. Improved governance around client ownership and closer collaboration across key internal teams will enable better coordination, clearer accountability, and more scalable operations.

For clients, this will result in a more seamless, consistent experience, higher-quality interactions, and faster delivery of solutions. Additionally, establishing a structured approach to identifying and prioritizing future industry solutions will help ensure the business continues to meet evolving client needs.

Contributors to your success:

  • 2+ years of professional experience in financial services or consulting, with experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a related function preferred

  • Service-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to contributing to our stakeholder’s success

  • Hands-on experience leveraging large language models (LLMs) and AI tools to improve business processes and operational efficiency

  • Critical thinking with the ability to read and comprehend complex information quickly

  • Attention to detail but also an ability to synthesize information with a high-level perspective
