As an Operations Engineer, you will support technology development and engineering build activities by working closely with cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, planning, and logistics. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to semiconductor operations, project coordination, and technology development in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Support engineering and technology development builds with cross-functional teams.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating build schedules, milestones, and activities.
  • Track project progress, deliverables, and timelines to support successful execution.
  • Coordinate material readiness, logistics, and resource availability for engineering builds.
  • Support daily operational activities, including wafer movement, kitting, and build execution.
  • Assist with material shipments, receiving, sample submissions, and other logistics activities.
  • Ensure operational activities comply with established processes, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Participate in project reviews, prepare status updates, and follow up on action items.
  • Monitor project and operational status and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • Identify issues and work with team members to support timely resolution.
  • Maintain project documentation, reports, and records using collaboration tools.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.


AI Responsibilities

  • Utilize AI-assisted tools responsibly to improve productivity, efficiency, and quality of work while adhering to company policies and applicable regulations.
  • Explore, learn, and share AI-enabled process improvements that can enhance operational effectiveness within the team.


Minimum Qualifications / Experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related disciplines.
  • Exposure related to semiconductor manufacturing, advanced packaging, process engineering, operations, or project management is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or similar applications.
  • Exposure to enterprise systems such as SAP, MES, or project management tools is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of data visualization and automation tools (Power Apps, Power Automate)
